Registration for ATCEM 2025 will open soon. In the meantime, below are details to review regarding ticket options, pricing, and payment. All ticket options are in-person only. Please review this information and when ready, click the Register button. If traveling to Anchorage for the conference, hotel and flight discounts will be sent out after registering.

Full Conference – $590

Grants access to all four days of the conference: breakout sessions, trainings/workshops, keynotes, performances, lunch during the Environmental Excellence Awards Ceremony, networking with exhibitors, and swag.

Elder Full Conference – $390

For elders at 60+ years of age with valid ID. Grants access to all four days of the conference: breakout sessions, trainings/workshops, keynotes, performances, lunch during the Environmental Excellence Awards Ceremony, networking with exhibitors, and swag.

Student Full Conference – Free

For full-time students attending school in Alaska with proof of a valid school ID or enrollment. Grants access to all four days of the conference: breakout sessions, trainings/workshops, keynotes, performances, lunch during the Environmental Excellence Awards Ceremony, networking with exhibitors, and swag. Email atcem@anthc.org if interested in registering as a student. 

Individual Days

Grants access to the individual days selected: activities taking place that day, networking with exhibitors, and swag.

• Tuesday – $250
• Wednesday – $250
• Thursday – $200
• Friday – $250

Presenters

Anyone confirmed by ATCEM staff or track leads to present have three options:

1. The day you are presenting is free (limit one day).
2. The Full-conference pass is discounted at $100 off.
3. Option #1 + volunteer for half a day, and attend the rest of the day free. 

Discount codes based on the option chosen will be provided by ATCEM staff or track leads. Please don’t register until you receive guidance from staff.

Exhibitors

Exhibitor booths will be set up all 4 days at ATCEM. There are three booth types to choose from, each with different pricing. Each type includes two badges that are non-transferrable among colleagues, a table to display materials, and two chairs. Electricity hookup will be available. One of the badges also grants access to the rest of the conference. Each booth type has the ability to add additional people to their booth for a fee. Find more details on our Exhibitors page.

• Extra Booth Staff Pass – $300

Volunteers

If you sign up as a volunteer to help with ATCEM and are approved, you will qualify for the ability to attend days for free. Positions include assisting with setup and tear down, moderating, helping to check people in at the registration table, etc. Once signed up, you’ll be contacted by ATCEM staff with discount codes to use at registration. Cancellation Policy

All registration types are subject to our cancellation policy. Cancellations will be accepted until March 17, 2025 for a refund. No cancellations will be accepted after March 17, 2025. Registrations processed after March 17, 2025 will not be considered for cancellation.
