Registration for ATCEM is currently closed, but below is general information regarding ATCEM 2025 exhibitor booths. Stay tuned for details about tabling at ATCEM 2026!


Exhibitor Registration Includes:

  • Two badges (non-transferrable among colleagues)
    • One badge grants full access to the conference, one is for staffing the booth
  • A large table to display materials
  • Two chairs
  • Electricity
  • Wi-Fi

Exhibitor Booth Location

ATCEM 2025 took place at the Sheraton Anchorage Hotel, primarily on the second floor and some event rooms on the third floor. Exhibitor booths will be set up around the atrium on the second floor, an open area that will receive a lot of traffic by conference participants. Here’s a map of the potential layout:

Exhibitor Schedule

ATCEM dates were March 25-28. Exhibitors were able to set up their booths either Monday, March 24 in the afternoon or Tuesday, March 25 at 7:30-8 am. One new detail for 2025 was that booths stayed up all four days of the conference instead of only the first three days. Booth takedown was Friday, March 28 in the afternoon.
